The largest of 4 small groves at a series of "seeps" along bluffs outside of Overton in the lower Moapa Valley. One of these is probably the location of the mysterious "source" for Mendis Cooper's seeds in 1893 since they are only about 3 or 4 kilometers from his original homestead. Though these groves are within viewing distance from Overton, they have always been separated from most Lower Valley residents by flood-plain, swamp and the Muddy river. Most residents are unaware of their existence since they require some off road travel to reach.
